Website information and service agreements
The service descriptions explain the cleaning scope that can be discussed through this site. Actual work must be agreed with the provider responsible for the job. Ask for the provider’s identity, scope, price and appointment details before accepting a booking.
A submitted form, phone enquiry or displayed starting price does not authorise work or guarantee availability. The written service agreement governs the accepted job. If a detail on this website differs from the proposed agreement, ask for clarification before proceeding.
Starting prices and quote conditions
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars. The single-hood figure of $385 and multi-hood figure of $725 are starting prices published on this website, not fixed quotes for every system. The number and size of components, condition, access and work window can affect the amount.
The provider should confirm the final price, applicable taxes, inclusions and any separately chargeable work. These website terms do not set a deposit, cancellation charge or payment schedule for an unconfirmed job. Obtain those terms from the provider before booking.
Cleaning information and fire-safety references
Educational content is general. It is not an inspection, engineering assessment or site-specific interpretation of a fire requirement. NFPA 96 is referenced as a published standard; this website does not claim affiliation with, licensing by or certification from NFPA.
A cleaning record or photograph is not approval of every component in a kitchen or building. Questions about a required inspection or applicable standard should be directed to the responsible authority. The NFPA 96 guide provides questions and links for that discussion.
Information supplied in an enquiry
Provide accurate contact information and describe the kitchen as well as you can. If a measurement, cleaning date or access detail is unknown, identify it as unknown. Do not impersonate another person or use the form for unsolicited promotion, malicious content or requests unrelated to the service.
Avoid sending confidential building access codes or sensitive personal documents in the initial form. The privacy policy explains why enquiry information is collected and how it may be handled by PM Consulting Inc. and the relevant service provider.
Images and external services
Website photographs illustrate hood and exhaust-cleaning work. They are not presented as evidence of a named Oakville project, a specific customer or a guaranteed result. The imagery and other website materials should not be reused without permission from the relevant rights holder.
External websites and communication services have their own availability and terms. PM Consulting Inc. does not control the content of an official authority’s site or promise that an external service will always load. If the quote form is unavailable, call the displayed Oakville phone number.
